Microsoft Office 2016 is a version of Microsoft Office Suite, which is the successor to Office 2013.

New features in the Windows version include the ability to create, open, edit and save files in the cloud directly from the desktop, a new command search tool available in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Access, Visio and Project called " Tell me ", more options" Send as "in Word and PowerPoint and co-create in real time with users connected to Office Online. Other smaller features include Insights, a Bing supported feature for providing context information from the web, a PowerPoint side bar Designer for optimizing slide layout, new chart types and templates in Excel (such as page map, Sunburst chart (also known as ring chart), waterfall chart, field and histogram chart, and financial and calendar templates), new PowerPoint animations (such as Morph transition), the ability to insert online video in OneNote, and a feature to prevent data loss in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Microsoft Office 2016 is the first in a series to support SVG vector graphics format. It is also the first office suite released for MacOS.

⦁ VL/VolumeLicense- A system preinstalled on company computers, this license allows you to install the same system on multiple computers and use it simultaneously.
