Linux Fedora
Category: Popular distributions
Fedora - the name of the successor to the free Red Hat Linux distribution developed by the Fedora Project and funded mainly by Red Hat. The creators of Fedora are committed to innovation, which is why subsequent releases appear frequently and include the latest available software, even if the stable version is not yet finished. For this reason, and because of its close relationship with Red Hat, Fedora is often, but wrongly, referred to as the "Red Hat field". The Fedora Foundation was established in June 2005 with the intention of coordinating the work on Fedora to a greater extent, independently of Redhat.

Fedora is used both as an operating system for home computers and servers.
